Tied Sunwear Return and Refund Policy

At Tied Sunwear, we want you to love your pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our simple and straightforward return process.

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is approved and a return label is issued, the item must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the label. Returns not shipped within this timeframe will be canceled and no longer eligible for return.
  • Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, including the return tag.
  • Exclusions: All sale or discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes all bundles.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Start a Return

  • Visit our Returns Portal: Go to the Returns Portal on our website to start your return.
  • Choose Your Reason: Select the reason for your return from the options provided.
  • Select Your Refund Option: You have three choices for your return
    • Refund to Original Payment Method: Get your refund back to your original payment method. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if it’s accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered. If your return is accepted, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, though it might take 7-10 business days to show up in your account.
    • Exchange: Replace your returned item with another product of equal value. Once we confirm receipt and acceptance of your return, we’ll process your exchange.
    • Store Credit: Receive a store credit for the full value of your return to use on future purchases.
